Schedule Appointments Policy

Appointments are only accepted by phone, email or the online scheduler.

Please read ALL of our policies below and read all of our FAQ before you schedule an appointment to avoid possible cancellation of your appointment.

Groupon Clients

We use your groupon number as a credit card hold which is standard in most luxury or medical spas. Due to the intimate and personal attention each of our clients receive and because we are an appointment only spa, we try to minimize the risk of no shows with a guarantee hold. If you no show your appointment your Groupon will be redeemed for one full service.

As a new client OR a groupon client

For first time clients or new groupon appointments, we REQUIRE confirmation or your appointment WILL be cancelled due to the high rate of no shows. You will receive an email reminder 2 days prior to your appointment. Confirmation MUST be received no later than 7pm the evening prior to your appointment and within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please do not send a confirmation weeks in advance, as you will still be required to confirm within 48 hours of your actual appointment.

We understand that appointments are made far in advance and this leads to a high rate of no shows. To protect our time, and honor your groupon we now require this. Failure to confirm will result in your appointment cancellation, but you will not lose a service.

Groupon Appointments

  • We only accept a limited number of Groupon appointments per day.
  • You must provide your 6/7/ or 8 digit Groupon number listed on your groupon at the time of booking, or your appointment will not be reserved. This number is listed underneath the barcode of the 'show your Groupon page' and follows the format 1234-5678.
  • When using the online scheduler please READ all email correspondence in regards to your appointment to avoid cancellation.
  • If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and no-show, your groupon will be redeemed and one service will be subtracted from your Groupon.


Spa is open by appointment only.

Late Policy

At Kimberley's Skincare, we want you to have a wonderful experience. But more importantly, we want you to not feel rushed in your appointment time and require sufficient time to perform your specialized treatment. For these reasons we ask that you please be on time for your appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you WILL be asked to reschedule, and will be subject to a $15.00 Late Charge.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour notice cancellation policy in order to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel the day of, you may be subject to a charge of $15.00. If you no show your appointment, it will count as ONE FULL TREATMENT and will be deducted from your credited services.


Children are not allowed at the spa at this time, unless during an emergency OR with prior consent from the spa. There are other massage therapists and skincare professionals, as well as businesses in the building and we strive to create a calm, nurturing, and silent environment.


Due to the Holiday's, please be aware that same day appointments are rare.

We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) for additional services and gratuity (not included in your groupon.)
